Burnette Shutt & McDaniel again has a record showing in Best Law Firms, including top honors for the Columbia area in six practice areas in the national directory.
Burnette Shutt & McDaniel has ranked in Tier 1 for 2025 in the Columbia area in Employment Law – Individuals and Litigation – Labor and Employment Law every year since its founding. Its number of top honors has grown steadily over time.
This year’s Tier 1 rankings are in: Education Law, Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law, Employment Law – Individual, Land Use and Zoning Law, Litigation – ERISA, and Litigation – Labor and Employment Law.
Burnette Shutt & McDaniel added seven other honors, meaning the firm’s work was recognized in an impressive 13 practice areas total. The additional rankings are in Commercial Litigation, Employment Law – Management, Health Care Law, Mediation, Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, Administrative/Regulatory Law, and Family Law.
