Shutt co-moderates Employment Law Essentials Series CLE for South Carolina Bar

COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA – Nekki Shutt again is serving as co-moderator of Employment Law Essentials, a continuing legal education seminar she helped develop last year for the South Carolina Bar.

The CLE Essentials Series consists of nine seminars covering major South Carolina practice areas as well as office technology. New law school graduates are required to complete a certain number of “essentials” courses before they begin practice in South Carolina.

The daylong courses are led by experienced attorneys such as Shutt, who’s a Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. The goal is to provide recent graduates with detailed and comprehensive practical advice they need to handle cases.

In addition to her duties as co-moderator for Employment Law Essentials Series CLE, Shutt also is presenting a seminar for plaintiff’s attorneys. The program is set for July 31 at the Bar Conference Center.
